ALREADY REGISTERED? Here are a few things you'll want to know:
We are so excited to have you join us for the 2018 Men's Retreat on March 16-17th. Below is all the information you will need – please read carefully so you don't miss a thing!
-Please plan to arrive at Rainier Camp and get checked in before dinner at 7pm. Check in will start at 4pm. Those that choose to come early to hang out will get to partake in some tasty treats barbecued by Jeff Green (owner of B&E Meats). -The retreat will end after the rib fest around 4:30pm on Saturday.
-If you would like to ride in the RLC van (leaves at 5pm), please text Rod Meyers at 360-989-4186 to reserve a spot (spots will fill up).
-Carpool options are also available. If you would like to carpool or have extra seats in your car, please contact Keith at 206-909-2990.
If you'd like to participate in one
of the Friday pre-functions, below are the available activities. These
are encouraged but not directly sponsored by RLC (facilitated by men
from RLC). It is your responsibility to contact the point person for
each activity to learn the location, cost, and meet up time.
(weather permitting): sleds are free, you pay the gas! Contact Patrick

Hike: Prepare for a invigorating, but moderate 3.5 mile hike to the
base of a 400ft waterfall! Wear sturdy boots that can get wet/muddy and
dress for the weather. Starts at 1pm and back before dinner. Contact

Wave Coffee Demonstration: Located in Wilkeson, WA on the way to the
camp. If you want good coffee and to learn how to make it, this is for
you! Contact Taylor Murray at 206-790-2426.
& Responsible Shooting: Beginners and experienced shooters welcome.

Mountain Biking: Located on Real Life's 90 acres (Summit Ridge) in Black Diamond. If you have the bike, we have the trails! Contact Matt LePage at 425-945-6524.
MAN SNACK COMPETITION
Our favorite tradition is the Annual MAN SNACK Competition. First place is a $50 gift certificate.
-Man snacks are defined as any homemade savory, crunchy, spicy, or cheesy appetizer or dessert. This would be a snack that men would be proud to serve in their man cave. Judges are easily impressed with unique wild game, 5-star spice with after burn, gooey cheese or chocolate that is melted and requires a napkin. Basically, anything that threatens your long term health.
-Prizes Include: 1st Place - $50 Gift Certificate at B&E Meats 2nd Place - $25 Gift Certificate at B&E Meats 3rd Place - $20 Starbucks Gift Card
WHAT TO BRING:
-Sleeping bag, Pillow, Towel, Toiletries, Bible + notebook, Warm coat + clothing (there may be snow), Hiking boots/Snow boots, change of clothes.
