DATE + TIME:
Plan to arrive at Rainier Camp (AKA Buck Creek) on Friday, May 17th and get checked in before dinner at 7pm (check in as early as 4pm). Rooms are unassigned, so the earlier you arrive, the better! **There will be several pre-function activities offered on Friday
afternoon – read on for the details + how to save your spot! The
retreat will end after the rib fest around 4:30pm on Saturday. As per
tradition, we will have our Man Snack Competition for all of your savory
creations. First place is a $50 gift certificate. **More details

FRIDAY PRE-FUNCTION DETAILS:
For those who want to participate in one of the Friday pre-functions, below are the available activities. These are not sponsored by RLC, but are facilitated by men from RLC. It is your responsibility to contact the point person for each activity to learn the location, cost, and meet up time.
1. Third Wave Coffee
Come experience craft coffee and various brewing/cupping methods from experience barista and roaster. Plus it's a good excuse to hang out and just enjoy good coffee. Located subject to change.

2. Waterfall Hike
A guided group hike beginning at Rainier Camp that stretches a couple of miles into the mountain through dense forests ending at an awesome waterfall. A great hike for all levels and experience.

3. Shooting Range
Beginners and experienced shooters welcome, but each must bring own equipment.

4. Mountain Biking

MAN SNACK DETAILS
Man snacks are defined as any homemade savory, crunchy, spicy, or cheesy appetizer or dessert. This would be a snack that men would be proud to serve in their man cave. Judges are easily impressed with unique wild game, 5-star spice with after burn, gooey cheese or chocolate that is melted and requires a napkin. Basically, anything that threatens your long term health.

**Please note: some prep space is available, along with access to a fridge, but do not plan to cook anything at the camp as we do not have full access to the kitchen.
